The
Northern Virginia Alumnae Chapter was founded in 1954. We are 35 members
strong. OUr chapter has a unique membership, from sisters fresh out of college
to our most esteemed Golden Violets. We enjoy getting together monthly for
our meetings. We like to have fun and are always ready to eat! |
| We
have several local service projects that we support. |
| Bethany
House is a local shelter for battered women. Our past support has
included making Mother's Day baskets and collecting holiday gifts. Members
met last November to help set up the "Christmas Shop" so that
the women would be able to provide for their children during the holidays.

| Children's
Hospital, Fairfax Branch has been receiving stickers from our monthly
raffle. The stickers were used to give to the children after their visit
|
| Support
Our Troops is our newest service project. Members bring items to
send to service men and women who are fighting for our freedom. |
